1940's Simplicity 2040 Vintage Sewing Pattern Child's Pajamas: The pajama top buttons down the front and is finished with a pocket. Style I has feet in one with the pajama and the top is finished with a collar and long sleeves. Style II has short sleeves and a collar. The trousers are finished with a drawstring closing. Styles III and IV button to the top. Style III is collarless and has long sleeves. Style IV features short legs in the pajamas, a collar and short sleeves.
