Vintage 1960's McCall's 9691 Sewing Pattern Girls & Boys Shirt Pants Shorts Size 6X
Front buttoned shirt with long or short set-in sleeves and pants or shorts. Shirt has collar sewn to neck edge, convertible neckline and interfaced fronts. Long sleeves are gathered into buttoned bands. Short sleeved shirt has fabric applique sewn on left front. Girls shirt is buttoned right over left; boys shirt is buttoned left over right. Instructions for applique are included for pattern. Four section pant or shorts are gathered at waistline by elastic in casing. Boys pants or shorts are gathered at waistline by elastic in casing. Boys pants or shorts have faced fly front opening.
